Alan Koenigsberg


Alan’s background has straddled the corporate world, two tech startups, co-founder of one of the first online specialty food and beverage companies in the U.S., Bay Area and national non-profits and stay-at-home Dad for a stint. He founded Agile in 2004 after seizing on an opportunity to help small and mid-sized businesses navigate and succeed in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Google For Non-Profits and more. In 2011, he began investing in hiring top talent, learning more about digital and inbound marketing and growing Agile Search Marketing. In 2017, the rebranded Agile Digital Marketing, LLC was formed.

His fun pursuits include hiking, biking, skiing and he enjoys hanging out with his three teen and young-adult kids, traveling and wine tasting with his wife and friends. He is actively involved in his local church and community.


Jenna Hesterworth

SEO/PPC Expert, Sr. Account Manager

With more than 10 years prior agency experience, Jenna joined the Agile team in 2015. She loves working with a variety of mid-sized businesses and agencies in creating campaigns, working in analytics, SEO and PPC.

When not having fun with her kids and family, she enjoys outdoor activities like skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.

As Agile’s administrative assistant, Gabi is adept at reporting, HubSpot, email and much more.

In her spare time, she enjoys time with family. In her career, she has been a Virtual Executive Assistant, Professional Educational Consultant, & Military Spouse with 20+ years of proven experience in curriculum development, implementation, and collaboration with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and diverse cultural audiences.  She earned a Master of Art in Education – Educational Leadership and is a Fellow at Dog Tag, Inc. supporting veterans and military families.

Squash and Stretch Productions plans, creates, and delivers engaging, custom motion graphics content to increase brand awareness, explain complex concepts, and generate more qualified leads for your business. We produce a variety of content including explainer animations, animated GIFs, and animated bumpers.


Randy Titchenal

Creative Director

Randy Titchenal combines a keen listening ear to best understand the clients goals and directional preference. This then translates to expert design using the latest graphic design tools. He has produced branding materials for clients such as Clunkers4Charity.org and RoadToRoota.com and as Creative Director led and created Agile Digital Marketing Branding Style Guide and many elements of design on the Agile Digital website. He is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned a BFA in Printmaking and graduated with honors. He is a highly talented painter and his paintings can be found in galleries and exhibits in the San Francisco Bay Area.


Michael Waters

Web Designer/Developer

With over 15 years experience designing and developing WordPress and Drupal websites, Mike is certified in Growth Oriented Design and a specialist in implementing HubSpot for mid-sized businesses. In addition, he runs Studio678, a Bay Area web development firm serving small businesses. Sites he has created include Roberta Flack, North Coast Brewing Company, JackRabbit Catering, LMB Interiors and more.

Mike is an accomplished musician and can be seen on stages throughout the Bay Area in two jazz groups.
